We are seeking a creative, energetic, and enthusiastic Level 6 qualified Nursery Manager to join St. Bernadette’s Catholic Primary School and Nursery. This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week during term time (38 weeks per year) plus 3 days, available as soon as possible.

Role Responsibilities
1. Manage the development and daily operation of the Nursery, ensuring a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children aged 3-4.
2. Build partnerships with parents, carers, and professionals to support children's well-being.
3. Develop, implement, and review nursery policies, procedures, and practices in line with legislation.
4. Promote high standards of behaviour and a positive working ethos.
5. Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the school community.
6. Support children’s needs, including those with SEND, through observation, assessment, and planning according to the EYFS framework.

* Proven experience of raising attainment and impacting student progress.
* Experience in developing pedagogical practice and leadership.
