About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Internal Account Manager to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with account management or sales experience who enjoys building strong customer relationships and driving business growth.
As an Internal Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of existing customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery while identifying opportunities to increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling. You will act as a key point of contact for customers and work closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
2. Manage customer accounts and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
