The Package:
* Basic Salary: £21,000 (with guaranteed earnings for your first 4 months: £26,000!)
* Realistic Earnings (including commission): £30,000 (the harder you work, the more you make!)
* Work Pattern: 5 days a week, including some Saturdays (3 on, 1 off—balance is key!)
