We’re hiring a Principal Software Engineer to help shape and scale high-performance web applications using Next.js and React.
This isn’t a maintenance role.
This isn’t a ticket factory.
You’ll have real ownership. Real technical input. Real impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Designing and building scalable applications with Next.js & React
* Writing clean, maintainable TypeScript
* Improving and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
* Driving performance optimisation and best practices
* Owning features end-to-end (build → test → deploy)
* Contributing to architectural decisions
* Mentoring engineers and raising the technical bar
What We’re Looking For
âś” Strong commercial experience with React & Next.js
âś” Deep knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript
âś” Experience shipping production-scale applications
âś” CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions preferred)
âś” Strong Git workflow and code review habits
âś” Clear communicator who can collaborate cross-functionally
Nice to have:
* Core Web Vitals optimisation
* Cloud exposure (AWS / Azure / GCP)
* Experience in product-led or scaling environments
