Day Rate: £600 PAYE or £811 Umbrella inside IR35
Overview
As SAP Technical Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing the effective delivery of SAP changes across the backlog while driving DevOps and Agile best practices. Working closely with Product Leads, stakeholders and technical teams, you will ensure delivery plans align with business objectives and maximise value across the organisation.
You'll be responsible for creating a high-performing, collaborative environment where continuous improvement, accountability and customer-focused delivery are at the forefront.
Responsibilities
1. Lead the successful delivery of SAP change initiatives and operational activities.
2. Manage team capacity, capability and resource allocation to maximise delivery throughput and business value.
3. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives and PI Planning.
4. Drive DevOps principles including collaboration, automation, continuous improvement and customer-centric decision making.
5. Ensure delivery commitments are achieved through effective planning, forecasting and risk management.
