Join to apply for the IT Service Desk Analyst role at Marseille Networks. We are recruiting for a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst for an organisation in the Morley area of Leeds. This is a permanent position but is paid through our agency for the first 3 months whilst you are in probation. Ideally we are looking for a candidate with some experience working on an IT Service Desk dealing with some basic troubleshooting requests around PCs and Laptops. This is a role that involves dealing with colleagues on a day-to-day basis, therefore, outstanding customer service and communication skills are basic requirements. Responsibilities
* Handle first-line IT service desk requests and basic troubleshooting for PCs and laptops.
* Communicate with colleagues on a day-to-day basis with outstanding customer service.

* Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
* Interest in IT and understanding of 1st Line issues.
