Accounts Assistant (4 day work week after probation) - Bromley - £25,000 plus excellent benefits!
My client, a bespoke residential Block Management firm based in Bromley, is seeking an Accounts Assistant to support the general accounts team with day-to-day tasks.

The company has been trialling a four-day work week for the past year and foresees continuing this, subject to review. There is also opportunity for advancement into an Accounts Manager role or other positions within the expanding accounts team.
Responsibilities:
* Manage creditor statements, delegate to property manager assistants, and handle letter before actions.
* Apply unit charges and general ledger transactions, including handover balances, demised charges, utility charges, key charges, invoice G/L code corrections, and creation.
* Manage creditor forms and process updates.
* Provide bank details to sites and new agents via PDF.
* Issue remittances to contractors and respond to queries.
* Use Metro Bank to confirm payments, allocate or transfer funds, and process one-off payments.
* Use Xero/Metro to pay overheads.

Hours:
* Post-probation: Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm, with work from home 5 days/month
* During probation: Office-based in Bromley, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
