We are looking for highly motivated, reflective, and creative professionals to assist our Registered Managers in the delivery and operation of high-quality, cost-effective children’s home through the effective management of staff, supervision of practice and setting of standards. You will need be a strong team player with great communication skills and a commitment to working collaboratively.

If successful, you will be based at one of our residential provisions located across Chester, Ellesmere Port and Northwich. Our homes vary from, and bed provisions that support young people in long term placements to a solo provision that will support young people in short term placements whilst they are bridging to another placement, or so that their needs can be assessed to help identify a long-term placement.
You should have experience of working with vulnerable children and experience at leading, inspiring and motivating people in this type of setting to ensure exceptional care for children. This is an exciting job opportunity for someone who is motivated by the prospect of being part of a team who are taking forward the expansion of our residential service. The successful candidate would also be willing to work within other homes within the service when support is required.
