About the Role
* oversee all aspects of the school’s SEND strategy ensuring that teaching, assessment and intervention are of the highest quality
* manage the Learning Support Team
* coordinate EHCPs, liaise with parents and external specialists and provide staff training on adaptive teaching and differentiation
* contribute to the school’s broader inclusion agenda, shaping initiatives that promote mental‑health resilience and wellbeing
* report directly to the Deputy Head (Academic) and work closely with pastoral leads to embed inclusive practices throughout the curriculum

Experience and Qualifications
* QTS and NASENCO qualification (or equivalent)
* Proven experience in SEND leadership or management
* Excellent interpersonal communication and organisational skills
