Customer Service Executive:
Our client, a leading and fast-growing brand in the interiors sector, is looking for an experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic Customer Service Adviser to join their Head Office team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a luxury retailer where customer service is at the heart of everything they do.
The Role:
You will be responsible for delivering a high level of service across phone, email, and live chat, resolving customer queries efficiently and accurately, ideally at the first point of contact.
Responsibilities include:
* Handling inbound calls and emails professionally, providing clear and accurate information
* Responding to website live chat queries and identifying customer needs
* Proactive communication regarding orders, deliveries, and resolving issues
* Liaising with 3rd party couriers
* Investigating and resolving customer complaints, ensuring a clear audit trail
* Taking ownership of queries and following them through to resolution
About You:
* Previous office experience with a professional phone manner
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* The ability to multi-task and prioritise workload efficiently
* Experience in B2C or e-commerce customer service is advantageous, but full training will be provided
* A friendly, empathetic approach to customers while maintaining professionalism
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
