We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Administrative Assistant for our busy operations department. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and good telephone manner, enabling them to support our office operations effectively. This role requires proficiency in various administrative tasks, including data entry, clerical duties, and maintaining office systems. The Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication within the office, remote staff and clients.
Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are up to date.
* Maintain organised filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
* Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients and colleagues.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations across the organisation.
Requirements
* Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
* Basic IT skills required including Outlook and Office 365.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective interaction with team members and clients.
* Familiarity with general office procedures and practices is advantageous.
* A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills as required.
