A vacancy has arisen for an Assistant Production Planner to join the pyro production control team based at our Chalgrove site.
What You'll Be Doing
This is a varied position supporting colleagues across the pyro production control team, delivering operational and administrative activities, which will include preparing documents, system transactions and ensuring that production materials meet production schedules.
Key Aspects Of The Role Will Involve
Preparing, issuing and maintaining production drawings and documents.
Coordinating picking processes and ensuring the resolution of material shortages.
Supporting the daily flow of materials into production to maintain schedule adherence.
Identifying and correcting transactional challenges through SAP COGI and further system tools.
Reviewing, resolving and providing accuracy with production order records.
Providing administrative and operational support to the Production Planning team.
Contributing with continuous improvement activities.
What We're Looking For
School leaver qualifications (minimum GCSE or equivalent)
Experience in manufacturing or production support.
Understanding of material handling and inventory control.
Strong organisational and organisational skills.
