Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Internal Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you’ll provide essential customer service support and help drive sales growth of a technically challenging product range by maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and converting inbound enquiries into successful orders.
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
* Handling all aspects of customer service, including order processing, quotations, and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
* Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
* Evaluating customers’ needs and building productive, long-lasting relationships
* Ensuring all sales activity is updated in the CRM system (
* Proactively identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products
* Investigating and resolving customer complaints, and developing effective solutions
* Providing training and technical support to end-user clients as required
Requirements:
* Previous experience in internal sales or customer service
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
* Effective presentation, sales, negotiation, and influencing skills
* Knowledge of fabrics/textiles and chemicals is an advantage
