Description
• Starting in the credit control then eventually working in the purchase ledger
• Credit application forms and opening new accounts
• Sending letters to customers
• Taking Online card payments
• Raising invoices and credits when required
• Scanning, photocopying
• Emails, and calls
• Basic excel work
• Sending copies of invoices and statements
• Follow ups
• Posting cash into the account if required
• General admin duties
Requirements
• Passion to work in financial business
• Friendly and approachable
• Ambitious
• Team player
• Confidence and prepared to 'have a go'
• Must have reliable transport to and from work.
Educational Requirements
• GCSE maths and English grade C/4 and above
