We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrator to join our client's friendly team on a part-time basis. We're looking for someone with a combination of technical competence as well as great communication skills a passion for problem-solving, and a commitment to meeting deadlines are key attributes we seek.As an Administrator, you will be responsible for processing payroll, ensuring compliance with statutory legislation, and providing accurate and timely payroll support.
Responsibilities:* Process weekly payroll for employees across three business sites* Ensure compliance with statutory legislation and keep up-to-date with any changes* Calculate and process holiday pay, statutory payments, and other payroll-related deductions* Generate weekly HR reports and provide insightful analysis on payroll data* Process starters and leavers, including issuing relevant paperwork and updating payroll records* Maintain accurate and confidential employee payroll records* Respond to employee queries regarding payroll-related matters in a timely and professional manner* Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
