Legal Counsel – Global Technology Advisory & Investment Firm
A leading global advisory and investment firm operating in the technology sector is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their team. This role reports directly to the Chief Legal Officer and offers an excellent opportunity for career growth within a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide legal support on a variety of corporate and strategic transactions
* Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the business
About You
* A qualified lawyer with at least 3 years' PQE
* Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
* Ideally, prior in-house experience within an investment bank or high-growth financial services environment
