Temp to perm opportunity Favourable day shifts- Monday to Friday Full training and skill progression We are seeking a reliable and motivated Assembler to join our manufacturing team producing high-quality metal housing components for trailer connector parts. This role involves operating production machinery, assembling and inspecting metal components, and ensuring products meet strict quality standards. Key responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, monitoring machine performance, conducting visual and dimensional quality checks, maintaining accurate production records, and following all health and safety procedures. Previous exposure to using hand tools such as impact guns, torque wrenches, measuring equipment, would be highly preferable. Those with a background in mechanical manufacturing, maintenance or a proven background as a line assembler would be favoured. You will also support continuous improvement activities and help maintain a clean and organised work environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Experience with metal components, assembly processes, or quality inspection is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
