We are seeking a driven and detail-focused coordinator to join a global investment firm known for its excellence, precision, and collaborative culture. You will play a key part in supporting critical operational processes, including employee onboarding and offboarding, workforce and contractor management, data integrity, and project support activities. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a consistently high standard of execution.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 2-3 years' experience in financial services, who would have been in an analytical or operational role and is looking to deepen their analytical expertise within a structured firm. You must be client facing in your communication, show strong attention to detail and manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Managing onboarding and offboarding processes
* Supporting workforce requests, transfers, and cross-department coordination
* Maintaining data quality and resolving system issues on a regular basis
* Assisting with hiring processes and background check tracking
* Monitoring project and programme hygiene to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Validating time booking entries and supporting operational controls
* Overseeing quarterly compliance and certification processes
Required Skills:
* An understanding of automated testing tools and frameworks ( JIRA and JIRA Portfolio, Cyborg)
* Advanced Microsoft Office with focus on Excel and Powerpoint
5 days in office £20 inclusive of holiday 40 hours a week 12 Months
