We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join an early years team. In this role, you will help create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where young children can learn, play and develop. You will support the daily care and well-being of children, working closely with colleagues to provide high-quality early years education. Beginning September 2025. Duties as Nursery Assistant: Support the daily routines of the nursery, including play, learning and care activities. Help set up and tidy away activities and resources. Assist with feeding, changing and personal care where needed. Build positive relationships with children, parents and staff. Encourage children’s social, emotional and language development through play and interaction. Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures at all times. Ideal Nursery Assistant: Have experience working with young children (desirable but not essential). Be caring, patient and enthusiastic. Enjoy working as part of a team.
