Role:
We are seeking an
experienced Operations Manager to support a large -scale Financial Crime CDD
Programme. This role is critical in ensuring operational processes are robust,
and consistently delivering against quality, productivity, and SLA
targets.
The successful
candidate will lead our UK based quality teams based in Manchester. They will
bring a strong operational excellence mindset, with proven experience of
driving quality performance, working with onshore and offshore teams, embedding
continuous improvement, and maintaining high standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Drive delivery
against productivity, quality, and SLA targets, proactively identifying and
addressing performance risks
· Implement and
embed continuous improvement initiatives, using data and MI to enhance
efficiency, accuracy, and throughput
· Monitor and
improve quality standards, working closely with SME teams to identify root
causes and process enhancements
· Act as a key
operational liaison between onshore and offshore teams, ensuring alignment,
clear communication, and effective workload management
· Develop and
maintain strong management information (MI) and reporting to support
decision -making and senior stakeholder oversight
· Support capacity
planning, workflow optimisation, and demand forecasting
· Ensure
operational delivery remains compliant with financial crime policies,
regulatory requirements, and internal controls
Skills &
Experience
· Proven
experience in an Operations Lead / Operations Manager role within financial
crime, CDD, KYC, or AML
· Strong
understanding of CDD processes and operating models, including case management
and QC/QA frameworks
· Demonstrable
experience with coordinating onshore and offshore delivery teams
· A track record
of driving continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and QC performance
uplift
· Strong
analytical skills with the ability to interpret MI and translate insights into
action
· Excellent
stakeholder management and communication skills
· Comfortable
operating in a target -driven environment with high quality expectations
