From immersive activations and sampling roadshows to global incentive trips and experiential campaigns — we create work that turns heads, sparks emotion, and delivers results.
As we grow, we’re looking for an exceptional Events Manager to help us plan, deliver, and elevate unforgettable experiences.
The Role
As Events Manager, you’ll lead from the front — owning the planning and execution of live events and activations from start to finish. You’ll be the go-to for our clients, the anchor for our teams, and the calm in the chaos when things get exciting.
You’ll work across a wide variety of experiences — including brand activations, pop-ups, sampling tours, conferences, stunts, and more.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end project management of multiple live events and activations
* Own the client relationship — from briefing to debrief
* Manage budgets, timelines, suppliers, staffing and logistics
* Collaborate with internal creative, production and account teams
* Source venues, permits, suppliers and third-party partners
* Problem-solve, hustle, and pivot when plans evolve (as they always do)
* Ensure all work meets brand, safety, and compliance standards
* Deliver reporting, wrap-ups and recommendations post-event
What We're Looking For
* 3+ years in events, experiential or brand activations
* Strong knowledge of logistics, planning and live delivery
* Excellent communicator and client handler
* Cool under pressure, thrives on fast-paced projects
* Strong attention to detail with a creative edge
* Able to juggle multiple projects and timelines
* Positive energy, proactive mindset, and a sense of humour
* Willingness to travel and work flexibly as events demand
