is passionate, collaborative and committed to impactful change.

Role Overview

As a Senior Consultant (Sustainability), you will be part of a pod that delivers high-quality

sustainability strategy and disclosure advice to our customers. You will take ownership of

complex projects, support and mentor junior team members, and help shape outputs that

influence and inspire positive environmental and social change.

You will have a strong foundation in carbon footprinting, disclosure schemes, and Net Zero

strategy development, and will be confident communicating with senior stakeholders and

managing multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and deliver high-quality sustainability strategy and disclosure work for a range of

customers, ensuring outputs meet and exceed expectations.

* Develop sustainability strategies covering scopes 1, 2 and 3 that help customers

understand risks, identify opportunities, and maximise their environmental and social

impact.

* Manage and deliver statutory and voluntary disclosure projects such as SBTi, CSRD/IFRS,

CDP, TCFD, ESG regulatory awareness and B Corp, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and

strategic alignment.

* Present outputs and recommendations to customers in a clear, engaging, and actioninspiring way, including to senior stakeholders.
* Use data to tell a compelling sustainability story and influence decision-making.
* Identify opportunities to deepen our impact with existing customers and contribute to

account planning and customer development.

* Contribute to supply chain engagement projects, ESG assessments, and climate-related

risk and opportunity reviews, including double materiality assessments and physical

climate risk assessments.

* Mentor and support junior team members through peer review, feedback, and technical

guidance.

* Maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and helping

customers progress confidently on their Net Zero journey.

* Share insights and best practices with the wider team, contributing to service

development and continuous improvement.

using data-driven insights.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including confident presentation skills

and workshop delivery.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and deliver high quality work on time.

Desirable Attributes

projects.

* Understanding and experience in applying carbon reduction pathways, including UK

Carbon Budgets and customer bespoke actions, to support businesses understanding

and implementation of their Net Zero Journey.

* Understanding of ESG frameworks and supply chain engagement.
* Experience conducting climate-related risk and opportunity assessments.
* An interest in or experience with social sustainability topics.

Package

* Salary of £40,000-£45,000 (dependent on experience)
* Pension Scheme (matched up to 5%)
* Unlimited annual leave
* Access to private healthcare

We’re more interested in your potential than a perfect match on paper. If this role excites

you and you think you'd bring value, but you’re holding back because you don’t think you

meet every requirement, apply anyway. We’re building a team with different experience,

strengths, backgrounds, and perspectives.
