About No Regrets
No Regrets is one of the UK's leading premium tattoo studio groups, founded in Cheltenham in 2008 and now operating 14 studios across the UK alongside an established studio in Miami, Florida. We have built our reputation on exceptional artistry, outstanding client experiences, and a culture that values creativity and professionalism in equal measure.
As the business continues to grow — across new studio openings, an expanding design services platform, and international operations — we are looking for an exceptional Project Manager to play a key role in the senior team and help drive operational excellence across the group.
The Opportunity
This is a broad and genuinely impactful leadership role, joining the business at a critical phase of its development. Reporting to the CEO and Owner, and working as part of a small, high-performing senior team, the Project Manager will take shared ownership of operational strategy, ongoing internal and external projects, commercial partnerships, legal and compliance, and company-wide training — supporting the senior team across all of these areas.
The role suits someone who is comfortable operating at pace, moving between strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, and who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
You will be well supported across all areas and will collaborate closely with experienced colleagues in operations, finance, and the wider business.
Key Responsibilities
Property & Estates Management
* Support lease negotiations, renewals, and managed exits across the studio portfolio
* Manage landlord relationships and resolve disputes, including formal correspondence and escalation where necessary
* Ensure full licensing compliance with local councils across all locations
* Oversee letting agent relationships and manage tenant transitions
* Coordinate change of tenancy and utility transfers when studios open, relocate, or close
Legal & Compliance
* Support the management of legal matters arising from client relations, working with external advisers as required
* Prepare and coordinate evidence for HMRC, the Home Office, and regulatory bodies
* Handle pre-action legal correspondence and support formal proceedings
* Maintain insurer relationships and support policy renewals and claims
* Ensure full Health & Safety compliance across all studios — including Fire Safety, First Aid, and mandatory training obligations
Commercial & Partnerships
* Support the national roll-out of the affiliate programme across the UK studio network
* Manage supplier relationships and commercial contracts — including waste management, utilities, and facilities services
* Identify and support applications for relevant business grants
Health, Safety & Facilities
* Provide oversight of Health, Safety, and Facilities management across the studio network
* Oversee fire safety equipment decisions, waste management compliance, and studio operational standards
* Ensure consistently high standards of day-to-day facilities management across all locations
UK Projects & Strategic Initiatives
* Support the delivery of internal communications and process automation projects
* Contribute to company-wide process mapping and gap analysis — identifying inefficiencies and driving improvements
* Support business readiness for future commercial opportunities and strategic milestones
Training & Development
* Support the development and roll-out of training programmes across the company, ensuring standards are consistently embedded across all studios and functions
* Work with the senior team to identify training needs and help coordinate the delivery of relevant programmes
* Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the Training Academy, supporting its day-to-day operation and future growth
* Help ensure all mandatory and operational training requirements are met across the business
What We're Looking For
Essential
* Proven experience in a senior project management, operations management, or multi-site management role
* Track record of managing complex property portfolios — including lease negotiations, landlord relations, and regulatory compliance
* Comfortable supporting legal and compliance processes, including engagement with solicitors, councils, and regulatory bodies
* Commercially minded, with experience across supplier management, contract oversight, and partnership development
* Excellent written and verbal communication — able to draft formal correspondence, legal responses, and senior team reports
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and adapt quickly
* A self-starter who can operate at pace and without close supervision
* Collaborative team player, able to work effectively as part of a senior leadership group
Desirable
* Experience in a premium consumer, creative, or hospitality business
* Experience preparing businesses for commercial transactions, investment, or strategic growth
* Knowledge of HMRC compliance, Home Office sponsorship, or licensing processes
* Experience working with international business operations
What We Offer
* 12-month fixed term contract, with a strong prospect of extension subject to business needs
* Flexible, hybrid-friendly working with travel across our UK studio network
* Private healthcare
* A genuinely broad and varied role within a creative, fast-growing business
* The opportunity to work alongside an experienced senior team at an exciting phase of the company’s development
* Exposure to a wide range of operational, commercial, legal, and strategic challenges
