A well-established, family-run high street law firm in Lichfield is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Paralegal to join its friendly and experienced property team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with the firm’s Director and a senior fee earner, gaining hands-on exposure to a wide range of commercial property matters.
The Role:
1. Commercial disposals and acquisitions
2. Asset management matters
3. Drafting and progressing leases
4. Investment and property finance transactions
5. Granting and assigning of leases
The Ideal Candidate:
6. At least 12 month’s experience as a Commercial Property Paralegal
7. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
8. Comfortable supporting senior fee earners on complex matters
9. Proactive, professional, and keen to progress their legal career
