* Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager within the build industry
* Strong understanding of construction principles and site safety regulations
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to coordinate multiple teams and stay organised under pressure
* Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation
* Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail and quality assurance
