Sales Branch Manager – Welwyn Garden City Salary: £25,000 basic (dependent on experience) On-Target Earnings: £50,000 per annum Plus Company Car or a Car Allowance My client, a leading estate agency in Welwyn Garden City, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead their estate agency team, delivering exceptional service to clients and vendors alike. Role Overview As a Branch Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving team performance and business growth. You will take ownership of daily operations, ensuring targets are met while building strong relationships with both buyers and vendors. Your role will focus on generating new business, repeat transactions, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
