The Role: As Digital Merchandising Manager, your expertise will be vital in improving our online customer experiences! The Digital Merchandising Manager willensure our websites are optimised to drive conversion rates and deliver the best customer experience across the entire website, from search to product page merchandising. This is a hybrid-based opportunity with true flexibility to work from home, but you should be within commutable distance of our newly refurbished offices in Crick, Northamptonshire Key Responsibilities Use merchandising tools and processes to achieve sales, AOV and Conversion AOP targets Create and implement an online merchandising strategy across all platforms with analysis, ensuring optimal impact across all device types and customer segments Manage the merchandising / trading calendar to support delivering of campaigns within deadlines aligning with our seasonal trading plan Manage the visibility of product through improvements to site search, product merchandising and customer friendly navigation Supporting senior business stakeholders with reports and data analysis on performance for weekly trading meetings and projects Prioritise the adjustment of website content weekly in response to trading insights Manage bundle / recs to improve customer shopping journey with enhancements, changes & fixes whilst also looking to improve revenue with upsell / cross sell opportunities Line Manage and grow development of Online Trading Assistants This is primarily a remote-based role with visits to our office on an adhoc basis as required.You should be based in the UK and our Head Office is based in Crick, Northamptonshire You: You’ll live and breathe our customer-first ethos, with a creative and data-driven approach. You’ll enjoy working collaboratively with the wider team and you’ll thrive on delivering excellent results Skills and competencies Previous experience working within a Digital, Multichannel, or Commercial role Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to communicate and influence those around you Experience of writing a merchandising strategy Knowledge of Google Analytics Previous experience of project management and managing 3rd party agencies It is highly likely you will have worked in any of the following roles and/or markets, and worked with the following products and/or services: Assistant Digital Merchandising Manager, Assistant eCommerce Manager, Construction, Digital, Digital Merchandising Assistant, Digital Merchandising Manager, Multichannel, Online Trading Assistant, Online Trading Manager, Retail, eCommerce Assistant.
