(Year 3 Teacher) Responsibilities
• The Year 3 Teacher will design and deliver coherent, knowledge-rich sequences that build number fluency and reading comprehension as the Year 3 Teacher.
• The Year 3 Teacher will use ongoing assessment to tailor instruction and run small-group interventions, while collaborating with TAs.
• As Year 3 Teacher, you will lead enrichment activities and contribute to phase moderation in January 2026 and beyond.

• QTS and recent KS2 experience as a Year 3 Teacher .
• The ideal Year 3 Teacher is organised, reflective and able to differentiate learning effectively.
• The Year 3 Teacher should be available to begin pre-term planning before January 2026, attend induction in January 2026, and commence teaching from January 2026 as a Part-Time Year 3 Teacher .
