Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in your subject area to KS3 and KS4 students. Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing feedback to support development. Manage classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Collaborate with colleagues across the department and wider school to enhance teaching and learning. Participate in school initiatives, extracurricular activities, and community events. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching at secondary school level (KS3 & KS4).
