Job Description:
Grassland Agro, part of Groupe Roullier, sources, produces, and sells a comprehensive range of conventional and specialty fertilizers, soil conditioners, animal mineral blocks, biostimulants, and dairy hygiene products. Our R&D is conducted at the Global Innovation Center in St. Malo. We are passionate about providing superior technical advice on-farm, which supports our growth through product quality and expert service.
We are seeking a Regional Sales and Business Development Manager for the Northern Ireland region. The role involves developing long-term customer relationships, connecting with industry stakeholders, and implementing strategic and operational plans to maximize sales and customer service. Responsibilities include product presentation, optimizing distribution, managing customer accounts, enforcing sales policies, supporting and managing the technical sales team, and promoting company policies.
Requirements include a third-level qualification in Agriculture or Business, proven sales management experience, technical knowledge of the Agri-sector, strong commercial and relationship skills, leadership abilities, excellent communication, and a full clean driver’s license.
