Hybrid / Horsham, West Sussex
Responsibilities
* Grow and develop the existing customer base through daily account calls and on-site health checks.
* Cross-sell and introduce additional services and new platforms via multi‑service discount proposal.
* Retain customers by building strong relationships.
* Act as a point of contact for account queries with support from teams.
* Update customer and service information in the in‑house CRM system to determine and track future opportunities.
* Track opportunities/pipeline development and keep customers up to date with installations/projects.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in telecommunication/IT solution sales.
* Experience managing and retaining accounts while increasing profitability through cross‑selling.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
* High energy, proactive, enthusiastic and self‑motivated.
* Target‑driven with proven track record of exceeding targets.
* Comfortable with telephone and face‑to‑face interaction with clients.
