Key Role:
* Provide classroom support for students with SEN.
* Implement individualized learning plans and adapt resources.
* Promote independence, social skills, and positive behaviour.
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and SEN coordinators.
Qualifications Required:
* Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience.
* Experience supporting students with SEN is highly desirable.
* Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
