What are we looking for?
* Proven retail management experience driving sales and improving store performance, consistently meeting key performance indicators.
* Excellent communication skills and a coaching management style, encouraging clear, open, honest collaboration.
* Ability to train retail colleagues to high standards and take corrective action when necessary.
* Passion for sales with a positive, can‑do attitude, experience in change management, and a track record of meeting targets.
* Minimum 18 months experience in a similar high‑pressure customer‑focused role.
Responsibilities
Lead by example and inspire retail colleagues to maximise sales and deliver excellent customer service.
Act as a key member of the senior management team within the store, reporting to the Store Manager.
Support the Store Manager in planning and executing strategies to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
Ensure retail colleagues receive training to the highest standards and that corrective actions are taken when needed.
Manage a significant retail operation with a focus on profitability and operational excellence.
