SEN Teaching Assistant

Tasks
Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN. Encourage active participation and build student confidence. Assist students with behavioral challenges and learning development. Support with classroom activities, displays, and creative tasks.* Develop positive relationships with pupils, teachers, and parents.
Skills
Experience working with children in a school or SEN setting. Patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic attitude. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).* Legal right to work in the UK; full-time availability.
