360 Operator - Across Colchester, Essex & Ipswich, Suffolk Water Region
Danny Sullivan Group is currently recruiting for experienced 360 Operators to join ongoing projects across the Colchester, Essex and Ipswich, Suffolk Water region. This is a long-term opportunity working on key infrastructure, utilities, and civil engineering projects.
Your Role as a 360 Operator:
* Operate 360 Excavators safely and efficiently on water and civil engineering projects
* Carry out excavation works for drainage, service ducting, utilities, and infrastructure installations
* Perform trenching, grading, backfilling, and reinstatement works as required
* Work closely with groundworkers and site management to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently
* Conduct daily plant checks and report any defects or maintenance requirements
* Follow lift plans, excavation permits, and site-specific RAMS where applicable
* Work safely around live services, existing utilities, and other plant machinery
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with site health & safety procedures
* Report hazards, unsafe conditions, and near misses immediately
What We're Looking For as a 360 Operator:
* Valid CPCS Blue Card or NPORS Card with CSCS Logo for 360 Excavator
* Previous experience operating 360 Excavators on utilities, water, groundwork, or civil engineering projects
* Good understanding of excavation safety and working around underground services
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced site environment
* Strong commitment to health, safety, and quality standards
* Reliable, hardworking, and professional attitude
* Full UK driving licence beneficial due to various site locations
Pay & Benefits as a 360 Operator:
* £25.00 per hour (PAYE)
* Weekly pay - reliable and on time
* Long-term ongoing work
