Are you an experienced School Administrator looking for a new opportunity in Birmingham?
Winner Education are working closely with a school in Bordesley Green, assisting them with the recruitment of a School Administrator. The role is full time and you will be required to start immediately on a long-term placement with the potential to become permanent for the right person.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Run a busy reception area
Be the first point of contact for visitors
Update management information systems
Postal duties
Manage accurate records of pupils
School monies collection and following banking procedures
Support SLT team with reporting and diary management
Support with attendance when required
Process DBS and ID checks
Review agency staff vetting documents
The successful School Administrator will:
Have previous school administration experience
Be highly motivated, professional and forward thinking
Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills
Have previous knowledge of ParentPay
Be able to form positive relationships with all staff and parents
Have a DBS on the update service
Need to be flexible in working across the whole school
