From May 2026, Teaching Personnel will be supporting local primary schools in Croxteth with their day-to-day staffing needs and are looking to recruit committed and enthusiastic teachers who enjoy flexible working. The Opportunity
As a supply teacher, your responsibilities will include:
* Covering classes using existing lesson plans across a range of primary year groups
* Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring continuity of learning
* Providing short-term cover for staff absences, CPD days and unforeseen needs
* Adapting quickly to new school settings and routines
* Meeting safeguarding expectations and following individual school policies

You will be well-suited to this role if you:
* Have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs are welcome
* Are confident managing behaviour and maintaining engagement

* Are happy to travel across Croxteth and the wider Liverpool area
* Hold (or are willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS registered on the update service
* Bring a positive, proactive attitude to your teaching practice
