Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As part of the Nuffield Clean Team at our gym,we’llexpect you to organise your work and plan your time withassistancefrom a Team Leader to ensure that cleaning never gets in the way of a customer’s experience. You will use the latest cleaning equipment,products and this will be supported by a first-class trainingprogramme. You have a friendly nature andgood communicationskills, which will come in handy whenyou’reinteracting with colleagues and customers.
As a CleanTeam Member, you will:
1. Clean and prepare a range of areas at our club
2. Care about our customers
3. Take pride in your work
4. Experience in a similar role, you will be well organised and will ensure that cleaningprocesses are followed and that the location is clean,pleasantand safe for customers.
5. Use equipment safely (such as scrubber dryers, rotary machines & carpet cleaners)
6. Be responsible fora variety of tasks, from gym, changing room, shower & poolside cleaning, waste removal & periodic deep cleaning
