Service Engineer Electrical Biased Merseyside Pharmaceutical & Medical £50,000 - £65,000 Commission Were supporting a highly respected and successful engineering manufacturer who supply machinery into the pharmaceutical and medical industry. As part of their continued growth and global customer demand, theyre looking to appoint aService Engineer(electrically biased) who can take a hands-on approach to installations, commissioning, IQ/OQ, and preventative maintenance across bespoke equipment. What Youll Be Doing: Attend customer sites across the UK and internationally (travel can be a choice of 30% to 50%) for installation, commissioning, service and support. Execute FAT testing prior to dispatch at the UK facility. Execute SAT at customer sites. Collaborate with internal engineering teams (mechanical, EC&I) to deliver exceptional technical service and ensure quality standards are met. Maintain documentation and contribute to equipment qualification protocols (IQ/OQ). Respond to urgent service calls when needed, ensuring swift resolution and customer satisfaction. Support project teams on wiring/testing when not on-site. What Youll Need: A degree or similar qualification in Electrical Engineering (or related field). Previous experience in a similar technical service or commissioning role. Exposure to working in or with regulated sectors (e.g. pharma/chemical). Familiarity with CAD, control panel layouts and technical documentation. A customer-focused mindset and ability to travel internationally at short notice. Why Join?
