VodafoneThree - Senior Sales Manager, Private Sector
VodafoneThree is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive P&L and new business growth for large national and international corporate accounts in the UK.
Responsibilities
* Inspire cross‑functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Product, Technology, Delivery, Operations and Service to deliver customer solutions.
* Implement strategies in Sales, Service and Customer Experience, maximizing new growth opportunities in existing customers.
* Take a global approach with Vodafone’s global services, delivering growth for strategic services in target markets (fixed, mobile, hosting, IoT, Unified Communications, SD WAN & Security).
* Champion business development activities and grow sector expertise within target verticals.
* Engage with customer C‑suite, foster strategic partnerships and differentiate Vodafone from competitors.
* Represent Vodafone brand consistently across the segment.
* Plan succession, implement business continuity and risk mitigation plans.
* Champion Vodafone Spirit and employee experience to attract and retain talent.
* Cooperate personally to win and retain large and complex accounts, developing strategic customer relationships.
Qualifications
* Deep understanding of mobile, fixed voice, data, Unified Communications, SD WAN, Cloud & Hosting, security and IoT propositions.
* Experience leading sales organisations and sales managers in a technology/B2B environment for large national and international customers.
* Results‑driven leadership with a track record of sales productivity improvements.
* Build capacity by growing talent & skills, creating high‑performing diverse teams and a lean, effective organisation.
* Develop and drive commercial sales strategies, adapting to macro/micro economic conditions and achieving significant business growth.
* Operate at a senior level within businesses to drive C‑level national and multi‑national relationships, increasing Vodafone’s visibility.
* Translate customer insight into deliverable CX improvements; deploy vertical sales strategies consistently across markets.
Work Location & Hours
Location: London, Newbury, Stoke, Manchester, Leeds or Glasgow.
Salary: excellent base salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits.
Working Hours: Full time, location independent. You will be required to perform duties from any Vodafone UK office or customer sites within a reasonable geographic area.
