Carrying out preventative maintenance and troubleshooting. Working on process improvements to boost efficiency and reliability. Supporting the introduction of new equipment and processes. Coordinating with contractors on site services. Ensuring compliance with food safety and H&S standards. What we’re looking for A multi-skilled engineer with strong mechanical bias. Experience in food, FMCG, or process-driven manufacturing. Problem-solving ability with a practical, hands-on approach. Familiarity with Autoclaves/Retorts and Sealing Heads is a strong advantage
