As Accounts Manager, you will lead a team and take ownership of delivering high-quality accounting services to a varied client base across a range of sectors. You’ll work closely with Partners and senior staff, contributing to strategic planning and providing mentorship to junior team members. Key Responsibilities
* Managing a portfolio of clients, acting as a key point of contact
* Reviewing and preparing statutory accounts for a variety of businesses
* Supervising and mentoring junior staff members
* Liaising with clients and advising on financial and accounting matters
* Working closely with senior management and Partners on strategic planning
Requirements
* ACA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience
* Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
* Strong technical knowledge and up-to-date understanding of accounting standards
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
