The Commercial Coordinator role is a dynamic position that involves ensuring all customer contracts are set up efficiently for legal and billing purposes. This includes crafting contracts, maintaining the database, monitoring performance, renewals, and compliance, as well as communicating with customers to arrange billing beyond warranties and sorting out purchase orders.
As a Commercial Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing SIM cards, invoicing, and working closely with the Sim Card Asset Manager. You will also identify risks and opportunities in existing agreements and provide solutions to ensure seamless operations.
