* Deliver independent IT support across desktops, mobile devices, AV equipment, and software, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
* Support bespoke teaching and research technologies; design and implement systems following best practices.
* Proactively resolve issues through root cause analysis, documentation, and preventative recommendations.
About you
* Relevant University degree or equivalent
* ITIL certification or significant experience in Service Delivery process is essential
* Substantial relevant computing experience in a customer service role with a mature approach to work
* Demonstrated experience with field/on-site support of complex IT systems and services
* Demonstrated experience in providing support and troubleshooting for teaching and/or research solutions and applications
