This role is primarily office-based, with occasional property visits, so a full UK driving licence is essential.

Property Manager requirements:
6. Minimum 12 months’ experience in residential property management
7. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
8. Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities
9. Professional and confident telephone manner
10. High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
11. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Property Manager duties will include, but will not be limited to:
12. Acting as the main point of contact for tenants post move-in
13. Arranging routine inspections and ensuring compliance across the portfolio
14. Coordinating and overseeing property maintenance and repairs
15. Liaising with landlords and contractors to provide outstanding service
16. Maintaining accurate compliance records (Gas Safety, EICRs, EPCs, etc.)
17. Producing regular reports on portfolio performance, tenant satisfaction, and key metrics
