Responsibilities
We support the Store Manager, motivate the team, and ensure customers leave satisfied. You play a key role in day‑to‑day store operations—creating great customer experiences, driving commercial success, and modelling excellent service. You bring the Card Factory Way to life, help team members grow, and build your own skills. With your commercial acumen, you lead store initiatives, maintain communication, foster a positive, inclusive environment, and monitor performance metrics to keep the store running smoothly.
