What you’ll be doing:
As a Data Analyst, you will join a team responsible for marketing, product, data, and content, providing insights across our leading recruitment brands.
Reporting to the Data & Insight Manager, your responsibilities will include reporting and analytics, focusing on driving acquisition and retention strategies and enhancing product performance.
You will ensure robust KPI reporting that influences strategic decisions. Reach Work encourages independence and creativity, offering additional responsibilities aligned with your growth.
Responsibilities include:
* Creating and maintaining digital marketing reports using Google Sheets and/or Excel to monitor SEO performance, traffic, pay search, and digital analytics.
* Developing data visualizations with Tableau, Looker Studio, and Google Sheets for key metrics like PPC, keyword, and KPI reporting.
* Using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to analyze data and communicate insights to stakeholders.
* Presenting findings via Google Slides and/or PowerPoint to support business decisions.
* Understanding our SaaS platform (Madgex) and its impact on our operations.
* Monitoring SEO performance to optimize digital marketing strategies.
* Transforming survey data into visual reports and commentary for the marketing team.
* Using SQL databases to analyze client account performance and site traffic behavior.
* Setting up A/B experiments with clear hypotheses and success criteria to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications:
* At least 1+ years of Data Analyst experience in a digital environment, working with marketing data and analysis.
* Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
* Experience with analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
* Data-driven mindset with a passion for testing and research to inform decisions.
* A degree in a math/science-related subject is advantageous.

Salary of £30,000 to £32,000 depending on experience, plus benefits such as:
