Are you passionate about improving patient outcomes and supporting early cancer detection? We are seeking a proactive and compassionate Lung Cancer Screening Coordinator to join our dynamic team and play a vital role in delivering the NHS Targeted Lung Health Checks (TLHC) programme. This role is central to ensuring patients receive timely, coordinated, and supportive care throughout the lung cancer screening pathway. You will work closely with clinical teams, administrative colleagues, and external partners to manage appointments, track investigations, and support patients through their screening journey.
Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for patients referred into the lung cancer screening programme.
* Coordinate appointments, investigations, and follow-ups across multiple services.
* Support the delivery of Screening Review Meetings (SRMs) and Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) discussions.
* Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely data entry into relevant systems.
* Liaise with primary care, imaging providers, and secondary care teams to ensure seamless pathway progression.
* Provide empathetic support and clear communication to patients and carers.
* Assist in monitoring programme performance and contribute to service improvement initiatives.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: The quoted salary will be on a pro‑rata basis for part‑time workers.
