Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Service Housekeeper to manage turnovers for our rental properties. You will be responsible for ensuring each unit is spotlessly clean, fully restocked, and staged to welcome new guests. Key Responsibilities Property Turnover: Perform thorough cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas between guest stays. Linen & Bed Management: Strip used linens and towels; replace with fresh, high-quality sets, and make beds to hotel standards. Amenity Restocking: Replenish essential supplies including toiletries, tea/coffee, toilet paper, and welcome packs. Staging & Detailing: Arrange furniture, cushions, and decor to match property photos for a consistent guest experience. Reporting & Maintenance: Conduct a "second set of eyes" inspection to report any damages, missing items, or maintenance issues (e.g., light bulbs, leaky taps) immediately. Waste Management: Empty all bins and ensure recycling and general waste are disposed of according to local guidelines. Requirements & Skills Attention to Detail: Ability to spot small issues like hair on linens or dust on high surfaces. Time Management: Must be able to work efficiently within tight "turnaround windows" (typically 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM). Reliability: Guests cannot check into a dirty room; punctuality and consistency are critical. Communication: Comfortable using mobile apps or messaging to report completion and upload photos of finished work. Physical Stamina: Ability to handle repetitive tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, and moving light furniture. Mobility : Valid driver’s license and own vehicle may be required for multiple sites(nice to have)
