We have a fantastic opportunity for a Corporate Development Manager to join our team! You will work closely with senior leadership to evaluate and support the execution of the Group’s Corporate Development strategy, from acquisition origination through to transaction execution and integration.
What you'll be doing
Reporting to the Corporate Development Director, you will assist in all aspects of the Corporate Development (CD) team’s activity, in particular:
1. Identify, evaluate, and execute inorganic opportunities, including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures/partnerships, and minority investments across the Group;
2. Project manage other activities led by CD;
3. Develop and manage relevant external and internal networks.
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve
* Educated to degree level, or equivalent;
* 2 to 3 years’ experience in a corporate finance/transaction services team or as a senior analyst at an investment bank;
* Accomplished financial modelling skills;
* Responsive and organized;
* You will demonstrate clarity of thought and understanding of projects being considered by CD and prioritization;
* Take proactive actions to progress projects, understand stakeholders’ perspectives, and identify issues;
* Work independently and motivate yourself;
* Effectively manage, motivate, and challenge various stakeholders;
* Identify patterns, connections, and underlying issues in complex situations.
